The work summary and commendation conference and professional standards, tutorials, and test technical committees held by the Machinery Industry Vocational Skills Appraisal Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center) were held in Kunming on January 10-11, 2009. More than 110 representatives from various small industries in the machinery industry attended the meeting. The main topics of the meeting are: 1. Summarize the work in 2008; 2. Arrange the main tasks in 2009; 3. Establish technical committees for professional standards, tutorials, and test questions; 4. Recognize advanced collectives and individuals in 2008; 5. Each sub-center and Exchange of work experience on the site.

The meeting was presided over by the Deputy Director of the Center Shi Zhongguang and the Assistant Director of Sun Wei. The Secretary General of Fan Daodong of Yunnan Machinery Industry Association first gave a welcome speech. Li Ling, Director of the Center, made a report on the work in 2008 and a report on the work arrangement in 2009. The report titled “seriously Summing up, constantly improving and adhering to scientific development." In the report, she pointed out that after all the hard work of the people, the professional skills appraisal of the mechanical industry has been expanding, deepening and climbing. By the end of 2008, 132 identification training institutions have been established, including 26 identification sub-centers (19 industry sub-centers, 7 regional sub-centers), 58 identification stations, 47 identification points, and 1 training center. A professional skill appraisal network with wide coverage and reasonable distribution has been formed. More than 3,300 management, appraisal and referee teams have been established, including 1716 appraisers, 729 senior appraisers, 655 managers and 228 referees. Standards, tutorials, and test questions have been involved in 26 small industries. The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security has issued 41 standards, 22 pending standards, 15 standards, involving 261 types of work; 21 training programs have been completed. It has published 48 tutorials for 20 occupations, compiled more than 300,000 309 general-purpose test questions, and 30,000 unique 40-question test questions, laying a foundation for the development of identification work.
Director Li Ling arranged the main tasks of 2009 in six aspects: 1. Consolidate the technical foundation; 2. Hold the entrance of new technicians, innovate training and evaluation mode; 3. Improve the conditions of qualified technicians and train new technicians in modern manufacturing fields; Improve the system and pay close attention to the quality lifeline; 5. Expand the green and fast channel for talent growth; 6. Give full play to the advantages of research and consultation and promote the construction of enterprise human resource management system. She also stressed that in 2009, affected by the economic crisis environment, the pace of production and operation of many enterprises will slow down, the work cycle will slow down, and the contradiction between staff training and production and operation will be weakened. It is precisely the enterprises that strengthen internal training and improve the quality of employees. opportunity! Deputy Director Shi Zhongguang made a report on “Ten Years of Trees, Hundred Years of Tree People – Pave the Way for Achievements in Skills in the Machinery Industry”. The report focuses on the original intentions, institutional settings, and main principles of professional standards, tutorials, and technical guidance committees. Responsibilities and recent work scenarios (ie 2009 work plan). The main duties of the Steering Committee are: 1. To reflect the opinions and suggestions on the development of high-skilled personnel, economic policies, professional standards, etc. to relevant national departments; 2. Search and collate relevant information and materials of domestic and foreign industries, conduct market research and develop new careers. 3. Research activities; 3. Conduct occupational classification and development research; 4. Develop, validate, implement and revise professional standards; 5. Prepare, validate, promote and revise training courses; 6. Conduct test database construction; Organize domestic and international inspections and conduct international exchanges; 8. Other tasks assigned by the Center.
The Assistant General Meeting of Sun Wei read the center's commendation decision and awarded the honorary title of "2008 Advanced Collective of Mechanical Industry Vocational Skills Appraisal" to 27 sub-centers and sites. The director of the center awarded medals and certificates, and the abrasive center of the abrasive industry won this title. Li Zhihong, director of the sub-center, took the award on behalf of the sub-center; awarded 35 honorary titles of “2008 Outstanding Manager of Mechanical Industry Occupational Skills Appraisal Work”, Li Zhihong, Director of Abrasives Industry Center, received this honor; awarded 39 comrades Honorary title of “2008 Advanced Workers in Mechanical Industry Vocational Skills Appraisal”, Xie Xiaozhan, Director of Human Resources Department of Henan Huanghe Cyclone Co., Ltd. in Abrasives Industry, Wang Xuebin, Director of Baige Group Training Center, won this honor. The award-winning individuals were awarded medals, certificates and prizes by the deputy director of the center, Shi Zhongguang.
The conference arranged the experience of vocational skills appraisal in the sub-centers and sites of FAW Group, Engineering Machinery, Dongfeng Motor, Beiqi Foton Motor, Wire and Cable. The Deputy Director of the Center for Information and Information introduced the identification and training informatization construction and management.
